OK, so since creating this blog I have never actually posted anything. I've been standing on the sidelines, observing passively the political scene since the Obama election. Disilusioned to be sure, not only by the three branches being held in the leather-gloved grasp of Socialism but more specifically with the state of the Republican party and it's members. I've stopped supporting the GOP (in all possible aspects) since W decided to moderate his stance on things like illegal immigrantion, Medicare and various other topics which I will not continue to list or I will lose my point (If I actually present one) and also the choice to send McCain to the faceoff dot with the "C" on his sweater. We did, however, get Palin out it which was nice. I know she's got it, by the way, based on the bashing she receives. She scares them and I love it.
So why now do I decide to emerge from hibernation? Scott Brown. Not nescessarily the man but the whole phenomenon that took place in "Baahstin" and the deep deep blue state that is Massachusettes. This will certainly make the Libs unhappy when I quote one of their iconic 60's poets... "and the times they are a changin'"... but annoying Libs is always fun, and so very easy to accomplish.
Can you feel the swell as I do? Can you see waking Americans wiping sleep from their eyes as I do? Who will be our true Conservative? I'm here and ready to stand behind a him OR her. Look forward to more of me. I hope you will.
